The collection documents the activities of Chief Deputy Director of the Los Angeles County Natural History Museum, Mark A. Rodriguez from 1982-1995 and incldues correspondence regarding Museum logo changes, staff appointments, maintenance and repairs, exhibitions development, Hancock Park, and division reports. The collection also documents Proposition 13 (Jarvis-Gann Initiative), a 1987 Soviet visitor program, and affirmative action hiring programs.
